  24. Actually your modem does not support CID nor Flash roms.  Some OEMs are
  25. bundling a voice modem while most are including our non-voice express
  26. modem.  If you issue the following commands, you will have a better
  27. understanding of which modem you actually have and what features it
  28. supports.

  30. AT I92   (that is the letter i not the number 1) will 
  31.          give you the PnP ID code.  If it returns 
  32.          SUP1310   your have a data/fax modem.  If it 
  33.          returns SUP1380 you have a data/fax/voice modem.

  35. AT I10   (that is the letter i followed by the number ten)
  36.          This lists all of the supported features for
  37.          your modem.

  39. Finally, you should contact your vendor to get the documentation.  We ship
  40. docs to all those vendors so they should be passing them on to their
  41. customers -- in this case, you.  We do have a listing of AT commands
  42. supported by our modems posted on our ftp site.  The file v34_list.txt
  43. would be the one that you want.  However, keep in mind that your modem may
  44. not support all of the features that are discussed in that document.
